One of our specialty is to perform ultrasonic flaw detection against various materials. Using this technology, we can detect invisible damages by inspecting reflection of ultrasonic wave against metal and surface.

TIG welding

TIG welding

TIG welding is a process that uses tungsten electrode that is strong against heat and protects weld area by an inert shielding gas. There is no oxygen at the point of welding, so that the material does not get oxidized. It is even possible to weld stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
This process is also called argon welding due to argon being used for an inert shielding gas. This process has less welding failure and produces the best welding quality.

 

 

 

MIG Welding

MIG welding

This process only uses an inert shielding gas. Impurities contamination into welding metal is very little. The state of electric discharge is stable. The appearance of weld trace is also good.

 

Gouging

Gouging

This process is conducted by forming the arc between the tip of the electrode and the workpiece, then blowing off the welding metal.
This process is mainly used for back-chipping of weld area.
